Trust me it is when the skin is close to the bone like on the back.That is why I am not having my back done plus I do not show my back off in the first place. The way he is hunched over one can tell that he is in pain.

I can't remember where, but I read that the reason Yu keeps so fit is because he used to get beat up in his hometown for looking different. The scars on his chest is a memory of that. I can't remember source, but it was a interview from this forum.
So maybe they beat him almost to death? idk.
