That would explain his weighing issues and the need to make sure he is "just right". There is not a ounce of fat on him.

he doesn't apear to be underweight though so as long as he stay healthy it can be is quirk, but there is some things that speaks for the bullying theory, beside the weight thing

The need to display himself (I am not complaining just pointing out that he tends to go topless alot). It is like he needs to be told how good looking he is to feel worthwhile.
