He exercises alot and weighs himself twice a day which is abit strange.

it is strange, but he isn't insanely thin though and if he is anything like the men in my family he needs the work outs, but the weighing.... strange.... but well

That would explain his weighing issues and the need to make sure he is "just right". There is not a ounce of fat on him.

he doesn't apear to be underweight though so as long as he stay healthy it can be is quirk, but there is some things that speaks for the bullying theory, beside the weight thing

The need to display himself (I am not complaining just pointing out that he tends to go topless alot). It is like he needs to be told how good looking he is to feel worthwhile.

That's true ... all you've said ... I've never noticed before :S But that's completely true ... but I like in the beginning when he was chubby

i liked him all the time.. and some chubbyness would melt away due to ageing, but not like that

I agree it is like he has to prove himself to the world,that if another person sees him as good looking it means thatr he is is. Like he needs the praise (not that he is vain)

it makes sense. and that too can be a reason for the tats and piercings, it makes people say wow that one is pretty, and take notice of good things in him...

I know that to most people tattoos and piercings are them expressing themselves but to some people it is a way to grab attention and make people look at the for not conforming to the norm.

yeah, i mean for whatever reason h hed them made, they are noticable, i personally like them on him though

I like tattoo on men as well but I think he needs to be careful because he will have them for the rest of his life and when he is older they will start to distort with age and time.
